Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://roadsideassistancetulsa.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, On The Spot Mobile Mechanic markets and arranges Mobile Mechanic, Auto Repair, Oil Change, Brake Repair, Engine Diagnostics. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. On The Spot Mobile Mechanic (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. On The Spot Mobile Mechanic reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. On The Spot Mobile Mechanic makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Spot Mobile Mechanic's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid On The Spot Mobile Mechanic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify On The Spot Mobile Mechanic from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OK, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OK.
